The CRM training took place on 10 June at the Elieff Center for Education and Culture of the American University in Bulgaria – Sofia. Though the participants came from different industries, they were all united by their interest in the business software Microsoft Dynamics CRM. During the course, they gained knowledge of the system’s functionalities. The training attendants learned how to build successful business teams, how to manage effective sales process, and gained a hands-on knowledge of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
