2020

Launched partnership with AMANA, which later joined the LucaNet group. Thus Balkan Services expands its portfolio begins to offer comprehensive financial management and process optimization solutions.

2019
  • A comprehensive company strategy is developed: for almost a year, the Balkan Services team, with the support of a leading global consultancy, has invested time and effort to define the direction for future growth and innovation.
  • Expanding the portfolio through a strategic partnership with regional software developer SoftOne Technologies.
2018

Balkan Services organizes the first-ever business software conference in Bulgaria - .digicompLead

Balkan Services turns 10 years old!

2016

Launched NetSuite development localization packages for Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and North Macedonia.

2015

A new partnership with NetSuite ERP, the #1 cloud ERP system in the world, is launched.

2013

Begins partnership with Lucanet, a leading provider of financial management and consolidation solutions, strengthening Balkan Services' position in the sector.

2014

Ownership changes - Philip Mutafis and another co-founder sell their shares, and the company continues its development and focus on future success with a new vision and growth ambitions.

2009
  • Balkan Services is the market leader in the number of BI projects implemented.
  • The European Projects Unit is established, Balkan Services becomes a beneficiary of a project to build a complete infrastructure and software to provide ERP on the SaaS model.
2008

By adding CRM to our services, Balkan Services became one of the pioneers in the market offering ERP, CRM, and BI systems together.

2007
  • Team grows, office relocates, first projects are launched in Romania;
  • Focus on ERP implementations under the leadership of Philip Mutafis while Vladimir Rashev builds the BI unit.
2006
  • The first logo of the company is created, which "serves faithfully" for more than 5 years;
  • The first invoice for monthly support for IT services is issued.

My goal has always been to build strong relationships with the people I work with. I strive to create an environment of support and trust in which each team member feels confident to reach their potential.

The search for meaning in life and inner balance has led me to profound discoveries - not only about people but also about harmony in nature. This realization has also influenced the development of Balkan Services.

Over the years, we have encouraged personal development within the company, which has led to more focused training and increased qualifications, attracting more talented professionals. Internal development within the company has also created confidence and ambition for new challenges. Balkan Services has thus become a magnet for young and established professionals who are looking for an opportunity to excel without compromising the environment in which they work.

At one of the most challenging times for the business, we made a key decision - to invest time and effort in clearly articulating our strategy and vision for the future. We defined our values and outlined specific goals we wanted to achieve as a company. Inspired by examples of achieving "impossible" results, we gathered people who believed in our vision and started dreaming and creating together. We discovered that the key to achieving more was not in putting in more effort but in better organization, clarity, and focus on what matters most.

This allows us to focus on constantly improving our service level and expanding our portfolio to become a one-stop shop for all leading and growing companies.

The fact that Balkan Services is a steadily developing and growing company is essential not only for us but also for our customers. This allows us to focus on the quality of service we offer. The company's reputation as a reliable partner has been built with years of effort and dedication, thanks to many people and by example from all the co-founders.
