BusinessPace is a ready-to-implement sales data analytics tool based on the Qlik Sense business intelligence platform. The analytics and reporting application provides access to ready-made dashboards and the ability to flexibly analyze your company's sales data.

BusinessPace is a set of dashboards that aggregates all sales data in the company and allows viewing them through different cross-sections. The solution enables interactive work with sales information, discovering correlations and/or missed benefits.

The BusinessPace BI application provides quick access to dashboards:

1. "Over coffee" - allows executives and managers to gain a quick overview of the results achieved during a specific period (day, week, month, year). The Dashboard provides summary information on business performance that can serve as a basis for strategic conclusions and decisions. "Over Coffee" provides quick answers to questions such as:

What was turnover yesterday, this week, this month, this year?
How is the company doing against last year and against targets for specific periods?
What is the share breakdown by Business Line, Customers, and Brands?
What are the trends for this year?

2. The master dashboard provides a quick overall view of the company's performance, helping key employees make timely and informed decisions. This Dashboard provides answers to questions such as:

Who are the best/worst performing Customers, Products, and Services?
Where is there growth/decline compared to past periods?
Is there a need for corrective action on teams/areas/business processes?
How likely is it to achieve the targets set?
How is a product performed by the customer?
What is the sales trend for the last 12 months compared to the previous year and targets?
What is employee performance in order processing?

3. The daily analysis enables quick and easy tracking of performance over the month, quarter, and year, comparing performance and setting business targets. The Dashboard answers operational questions such as:

What is the turnover for a specific period by line of business/product/service?
Is there an increase/decrease in quantity/turnover compared to last year?
Have the targets for the month, quarter, and year been met by line/product/service?
Is there a need to initiate re-planning or other activities to support the achievement of targets?
Which contracts have been won and which lost?

4. Dashboard "Customers" allows quick analysis of customers at a glance, answering questions:

How many customers are there?
How many and which ones are active, dormant, or new?
What products and services are they "shopping" for?
Which 20% of customers make 80% of the turnover for different periods?
What is the number of orders won and lost?
What is the net margin at the Customer level?
What is the gross margin at the Customer level?
What is their shopping pattern? What is the number of unique orders and the average number of invoices?
Are the targets met by customer?

5. The Products and Inventory Dashboard provides a timely view of product performance, current inventory and supply offerings. Answers to questions such as:

What is the available quantity by item, and how much of it is free?
What is the value of the products in the warehouse?
What is the stock cost movement over the years and by month?
What is the average quantity of a product that is sold over a period of time?
Based on average sales for what period ahead, is there an available quantity for each item?
Are there any products that urgently need to be ordered/manufactured or that are sitting in the warehouse?

6. The Geo analytics dashboard enables strategic analysis of the geographic coverage of the business, answering:

Where on the geographic map are sales located? Are they net, in quantity, or margin?
By country/city/region, what are the quantity/gross/net sold and their share, their variation from previous periods, average invoice value, number of invoices and unique items, and their comparison to previous periods?

7. The Accounts Receivable Dashboard provides an overview of current and expected receivable amounts by delinquency/due, with the ability to drill down to a specific customer and document. Provides answers to:

How much are past due receivables due today, next week and future periods?
What is the proportion of overdue amounts of all receivables?
What is the distribution of delinquencies by delinquency period?
Who are the customers with the most considerable overdue amounts?
Who are the customers by characteristics: past due amounts - by type, number of invoices, fully or partially unpaid, oldest payable, revenue and % of receivables to revenue, which documents are past due?

8. The report generator is a flexible and powerful tool that enables any user to create repeatable or ad-hoc reports in tabular form themselves in a few seconds. Each employee can create their own report by selecting the metrics they need, choosing from all the predefined calculations and cross-sections in BusinessPace. The dashboard allows in-depth data analysis at the document line level.
