The real Roll-Forward functionality creates a new document that can directly be used for the next publishing period. No more manual adjustments are needed.
Individual document workflows can be created including four or six-eye principles. They can be combined with a detailed user rights and roll concept.

LucaNet Disclosure Management comes with a generic XBRL processor that can handle any XBRL-based taxonomy. The embedded LucaNet XBRL Tagger module can be used independently, for the preparation of annual consolidated reports in (i)XBRL formats according to the requirements of European Securities Markets and Authority (ESMA) for presenting reports in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). Both systems have been developed by the German software company AMANA.

According to the introduced European single electronic format (ESEF) for reports, as of 01.01.2020, the annual financial statements of issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market must be prepared and presented in XHTML format. If the annual financial statements contain consolidated financial statements, they must be integrated into the HTML documents using the XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) marking language.
