SmartWMS

SmartWMS is a modern warehouse management system that automates warehouse processes and operations and provides information on the company's goods, documents, and expiration reports in real time.

The warehouse program has functionality for tracking and managing expiration dates, which does not allow the sale of expired items.

The WMS system allows you to set rules for goods storage (certain places in the warehouse, temperature requirements, etc.), which enable warehouse plan preparation and item storage in the places designated for this purpose.

Inventory management system uses the FEFO (first expired, first out) and FIFO (first-in, first-out) methods, which provide accurate and up-to-date information on which item from which place in the warehouse should be taken according to the settings. SmartWMS enables additional goods inspection and marks the exact batches, expiration dates and serial numbers in the system, which minimizes the occurrence of errors.

The SmartWMS warehouse management software maintains an open architecture in its database, which provides information maintenance and report preparation, using an external BI system: QlikView.

The open database architecture also enables easy and complete connection of warehouse software with other information systems that are already installed in a company. The WMS system has connections with the following  ERP systems: SAP, Atlantis ERP, Soft1 ERP.

A secure server, licenses for Microsoft SQL Server and mobile devices with a barcode scanner are required to access the warehouse program.

The SmartWMS warehouse program helps companies to reduce their warehouse management costs and analyze their inventory, batches and expiration dates in real time, so they can react quickly if additional loading is required.

The warehouse management system is accessible in the following modes:

• Backoffice—the main part of the system;
• Тablet mode—for labels printing and orders review;
• Мobile device mode—for manаging orders made by a customer or supplier, inventory generation, production order management, internal movements between places in the warehouse.

All three modes are in a single environment, enabling any action done in the system to be accessible immediately without the need for synchronization.
