Balkan Services has successfully implemented the Enterpoint ERP software in nine Management Financial Group (MFG) companies, including Easy Credit and White Card.

MFG is a leading fintech and insurance group comprising non-bank financial services providers in Europe and North America. The company has over 8,300 employees and associates in over 450 offices in Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Spain, North Macedonia, Croatia and Mexico. The group operates a diverse portfolio of businesses, including consumer lending, micro and small business financing, credit cards, P2P lending, general insurance, and digital financial products and services.

Implementing Enterpoint ERP at MFG took three months and involved three main phases: business analysis, preparation and building of the solution architecture, and implementation.

The implementation schedule of the large-scale project was extremely tight. The new software covered all processes of the nine companies' current working methods. The Balkan Services and MFG teams adhered to a predefined plan, with work proceeding in strict timing and excellent collaboration. The deadlines and pre-set budget were met.

The project has high-performance requirements, and the main challenges for its implementation are:

  • The short implementation timelines;
  • Implementation in nine companies that have different processes and business lines;
  • Complex processes related to the accounting specificities of the credit business;
  • A single chart of accounts for all companies to work with and uniformity in accounting across the nine companies.
