69 Balkan Services has signed a memorandum for cooperation with MKB Union Bank for consulting and financing of project proposals of beneficiaries of the Operational Programmes and the Programme for development of the rural areas, funded by the Structural, Cohesion Funds and the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria.
