Balkan Services and Coca-Cola Hellenic Enterprise IT worked together for the creation and deployment of Business Intelligence systems since 2007 and are behind several successful projects such as automatic generation of "Service Measurement Report", presenting information for monitoring the use of some of the basic IT systems and to meet the agreed Service Level Agreements by the consultants, "Country Report", a web portal and other reports.
