The leader on the Bulgarian food supplements market, Walmark, stimulates its mobile sales through addition of new features to the CRM system in use and the mobile app for taking orders used by the sales teams. The company uses MS Dynamics CRM together with a mobile app, specifically designed for its needs. The new features include setting monthly goals for the mobile sales reps by the CRM system back office and tracking the results.
Except for mobile sales stimulation, better accountability of results is achieved through these additionally developed CRM system features. Regional managers now have the opportunity to track mobile sales teams' job and to set individual goals when needed. Through these enhancements, functionality of the system implemented in Walmark in 2011 by Balkan Services consulting company is improved. The mobile software is fully integrated with the Microsoft CRM system as well as with other products used in the company such as Outlook, MS Office, etc.
"Fulfilling our requirements regarding system enhancements was a cumbersome process, which needed individual approach by Balkan Services' consultants and a number of transitional steps in order to achieve high-performing functionality. However, our efforts got a Best-in-Class CRM rating in the Walmark Group and the option to implement the system in all company branches is being considered", said Desislava Raychinova, General Manager at Walmark Bulgaria.
