Three more consultants from our team are now officially certified to work with the German financial management software solution LucaNet. The software system automates, facilitates and significantly shortens financial consolidation and planning processes.
Antonina Moteva, Volen Dimitrov and Adrian Radulov successfully passed the process of obtaining professional certificates from LucaNet, and are now eligible to participate in projects for the implementation of the CPM (Corporate Performance Management) solution.
The German software company requires all its partners, including Balkan Services, to certify their consultants in order to unify and ensure the quality of their services. In order to be successfully certified, a consultant needs to prove their in-depth financial knowledge and skills in working with LucaNet.
Before the official exam, our colleagues underwent an intensive course on working with the CPM solution, led by LucaNet representatives. During the training they acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work with the system.
After completing the training program, our consultants successfully passed the LucaNet certification exam, divided into 3 modules - Basic Module, Planning and Consolidation.
In order to defend their knowledge and demonstrate the development of their skills in working with the system, consultants are recertified every two years by taking an exam.
The Balkan Services team now has five certified LucaNet consultants, allowing us to deliver more, faster and more complex projects.
