Business Intelligence (BI) decision to QlikTech, QlikView, is ranked top spot on the indicators “ease of use " and ”consumer loyalty” in the eighth edition of the BI Survey - the largest independent study of consumers in the areas of Business Intelligence and Performance Management.
The survey clearly showed that QlikView customers were the most loyal in comparison with those of other solutions for Business Intelligence. Indicator, which, according to the survey author Nigel Pendse, is among the most important for each product because maintenance revenue and sales of additional licenses to existing customers are much more profitable than winning business from new customers. The Customer loyalty is particularly valuable indicator, especially during the recession, because the fact that customers do not refuse the services of a company, despite the crisis may be valuable benchmark for companies that has yet to choose a BI solution.
