The second edition of .digicompLead - Business Software Conference, organized by Balkan Services, was titled “The Measurable Benefits of Digital Transformation”. The event took place on October 17 in Sofia and brought together more than 120 participants, who got acquainted with up-to-date and working solutions for overall digital business management.
During the first part of the event, representatives of the international software companies Oracle NetSuite, Qlik, SoftOne Technologies, LucaNet AG and Microsoft outlined the trends in business software, as well as its role in the growth and subsequent expansion of organizations.
Vlado Nikolov – one of the best volleyball players in the world and senior coach of Levski volleyball club was a special guest of the conference. He introduced to the audience the technologies used by the team management to analyze the achievements so far and build a comprehensive strategy for future development. Nikolov also emphasized that, both in business and in sports, the usage of management and analysis systems is a must-have element for maintaining the team competitiveness.
The second part of the event was entirely practically oriented. Softwares, such as the LucaNet and Qlik Sense for achieving management excellence, as well as NetSuite and Soft1 – ERP solutions to help achieve operational excellence, were demonstrated in real time. The companies Boni Holding AD, Debt Collection Agency EAD, Amperell LTD and Viscom BG AD shared their experience with software solutions and talked about the path to digitalization of their business.
Balkan Services supports active lifestyle, so at the end of the event one of the participants won a special award given by the organizers – a high-end bike of the Trek brand.
