Consultancy Balkan Services participated in this year's specialist industrial exhibition, Machtech & Innotech Expo 2024, and the professional event for technological innovation in the industrial sector, Industrial Tech Forum 2024.
The event, which takes place from 1 to 4 October 2024 at Inter Expo Center, is the largest international exhibition in Bulgaria for machinery and technology in metalworking.
Visitors to the Balkan Services company stand (Hall 1, Stand D9) had the opportunity to learn more about the company's products and services. The consulting team demonstrated the functionalities and advantages of the company's new solution, the ready-made ERP software Enterpoint.
One of the most significant events for industrial sector professionals dedicated to industry innovations - Industrial Tech Forum 2024 - was held in parallel with the international exhibition. In Vitosha Hall of Inter Expo Center, the event brought together speakers from home and abroad who presented various technological innovations with industrial applications throughout the day.
The Balkan Services team participated in a presentation dedicated to the company's services. It focused on the Enterpoint ERP solution and linked its presentation to the contribution of Generations X and Z to its creation.
"Our theme relates to both generations and the experience we have gained over the past 18 years in implementing many solutions with different customers in different industries. Our important goal is to apply this know-how, see the pitfalls and guide our partners so that they avoid them," said Boyana Likomanova, Head of Business Solutions & Consulting at Balkan Services.
Susana Petkova, ERP Consultant at Balkan Services, provided a comprehensive overview of Enterpoint, the starting point for manufacturing and distribution companies considering integrating an ERP system into their business. She highlighted its unique selling points, such as its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and quick implementation process.
"In this tool, we have brought together the testing methods, best practices and extensive experience of the Balkan Services team, and our footprint as a generation that wants everything to happen quickly is reflected in the time it takes to implement the ERP solution - 1 month," summarized Suzana Petkova.
