The course was held on February 29, 2012 at the Elieff Center for Education and Culture of the American University in Bulgaria - Sofia. The topic was part of the program for Business Intelligence trainings organized by Balkan Services. The training aimed to expand and go deeper in the field of business analysis and generating reports on key performance indicators of companies, part of the concept of Internal Audit (Corporate Performance Management).
Such trainings provide a good opportunity for IT professionals and managers from different levels to increase their knowledge in the extremely promising area of business software which is Business Intelligence. Balkan Services is one of the first companies in Bulgaria to implement Business Intelligence solutions, with experience of over 50 deployments of the BI system QlikView in the last five years both in Bulgaria and in the countries of the region like Romania, Serbia and others.
