The solution was integrated with the running ERP system Atlantis, also introduced by Balkan Services. One of the advantages of the new system is the easier user access. This is done with the “Product Catalog” application which is available in all Multirama shops. The application makes it easy to search for different products, compare them according to price or features and check for product availability. The company has also made a number of re-works on the decision, which meet the needs of Multirama to optimize employee performance and quality customer service.
