On 18.02.2010 Balkan Services organized one of the first trainings in Bulgaria on the topic Fundamentals of Business Intelligence (Business Analysis and Reporting). The aim of the course was to familiarize potential users with basic problems and, accordingly, solutions offered by the Business Intelligence products.
Participants (CIO, CFO, COO, CIO, chief accountants, department managers, IT managers, employees of Reporting and Controlling departments, etc.) were able to visualize the sample outcomes of Business Intelligence projects, to analyze practical data in Business Intelligence environment and to learn about the cycle of development and implementation.
The practical part of the training demonstrated the use of the program product QlikView - suitable for fast and effective start in Business Intelligence. The training graduates were awarded professional certificates, and expressed categorically their appreciation and satisfaction with the course.
