Balkan Services has successfully integrated the NetSuite ERP system into Smule Bulgaria. The project was executed at an extraordinarily rapid pace and with most of the milestones completed remotely due to the pandemic situation in the country.
With the goal to facilitate consolidation and optimize real-time accounting processes and reporting, Smule Bulgaria chose the ERP cloud solution which was implemented in their HQ a year ago. NetSuite is a widely used ERP among US-based software companies.
In order to avoid using a second ERP solution for statutory reporting, Smule Bulgaria integrated a Bulgarian localization for NetSuite which is compliant with the regulatory framework in the country. The specialized Multi-Book accounting module allows keeping accounting records simultaneously in accordance with both US GAAP and local legislation including automated creation and submission of reports to Bulgarian institutions.
