The Annual Retail Conference Make IT Work: Retail 2015 was held on April 7 at Hotel Balkan. The event was organized by Balkan Services, the leading company in consulting and implementation of solutions for the retail business. Part of the event program were recent market environment studies, participants, trends, and shared experiences from projects in leading Bulgarian companies. The conference was specifically aimed at commercial and marketing directors and managers of trade and distribution companies.
An interesting conclusion of the event was the fact that CRM solutions are being increasingly demanded by the retail industry. The conference presented working practices in companies from the sphere, including FF Group Bulgaria, Peshtera Winery, Debenhams Bulgaria, Würth Bulgaria and others. The event ended with a workshop where representatives of the industries received answers to their questions in the field of business management.
