A decade ago, the company started working with the business analytics software QlikView. The solution implemented by Balkan Services enables the rapid generation of various analytics, by different cross-sections and gives daily access to up-to-date data on the company's performance.
Years later, the organization switched to the newer and more modern BI solution Qlik Sense, which better fits TESY's vision of an innovative company.
The new BI system provides upgraded reporting capabilities. Functionality for order execution analysis or the so-called "Execution Tracking Report" has been developed. With the new project, a direct connection between the BI software and data from the SAP system has already been established, which allows the analysis of additional data that has not been analyzed in QlikView so far.
ABC analysis functionality has been built in to help with product lifecycle planning.
The cash flow and material turnover applications have been upgraded.
