Project description

Balkan Services provides а service for the technological implementation of Bluebook—the software product offered by SAT Health. A Qlik Sense application, as well as a way of providing the necessary infrastructure for its functioning, was developed for the purposes of the project. It covers the processes of collecting and processing data from the pharmaceutical industry in the country through the BI analysis platform.

Several dashboards have been created which systematize and visualize reports and analyzes configured according to the needs of the different departments within pharmaceutical companies:

• Market Overview—comparison of a manufacturer with respect to the whole pharmaceutical market;
• Manufacturer Overview—market shares dynamics, presentation of specific products, top products;
• Regional Overview—information by region, medical representatives;
• Product Card—product presentation information;
• Country KPIs—information about the country’s macroeconomic indicators;
• Other personalized information with respect to the client’s needs.
