A new procedure has been launched to support family businesses as well as businesses in the creative industries and crafts*. The aim is to improve production capacity and optimise business processes, which will increase the competitiveness and strengthen the market presence of enterprises.
Organizations can apply until 16.09.2024 for the development of an online store, specialized software, machinery, tools, etc.
The Balkan Services team can assist companies in preparing and applying for a project for the implementation of ERP and BI solutions, as well as in the implementation of these solutions or modules thereof, according to the terms of the program:
- Costs for the acquisition of fixed intangible assets (FIA) - specialized software providing improvement of the production capacity of the enterprise - with no limit on the value of the costs;
- Expenditure on ICT systems to improve the management, production and logistics processes of the enterprise (ERP system, CRM system, Supply Chain Management System, Warehouse Management System, Production Management System, MOM/MES systems and Business Intelligence System).
- Consultancy costs for the preparation of the project proposal under the procedure.
The funding from the programme will be between 75% and 85% of the project cost, which can vary between BGN 15 000 and BGN 150 000.
Micro or small enterprises with at least 1 employee, registered no later than 31.12.2021, will be supported, priority outside the districts of Sofia, Pernik and Blagoevgrad, with priority on companies from Northern Bulgaria.
