ERP Academy and the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship (VUZF) are to organize training courses in business software. The two organizations which have also established the new Master's Programme Business analysis and ERP systems, are expanding their activity offering specialized courses suitable for IT and business managers, project managers and any professionals willing to expand their knowledge in this field.
During the courses the participants will learn about the most important classes of business software – ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), BI (Business Intelligence), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), etc. The courses are also suitable for representatives of those companies which are about to implement some of the systems specified.
ERP Academy is a union of leading developers and implementers of business software in Bulgaria, Balkan Services being one of them. The purpose of the organisation is to prepare the staff required by the industry and to promote the segment of business management systems as an appropriate field of successful career development.
