Bulgarian consulting company Balkan Services developed application for analysis of employees’ salaries, based on the Business Intelligence software QlikView, as well on the experience of the company in implementing software solutions. The new application allows generation of various reports in graphical or tabular form for salaries of separate employees or departments in a company, analyzing of the tendencies and assessment of the most profitable sections.This way the application facilitates the process of taking more informed solutions in the area of human resources and answers the need for solutions, showing the effectiveness of the employees and teams.
