The project covers a wide range of trade information and key performance indicators (KPIs) through which the company's marketing share of sales from the entire market is analyzed — the information is taken from the company’s sales system and the information service provider to the healthcare industry (IMS). On the basis of the obtained results, bonuses tied to the performance of sales representatives and various regional distributions are calculated. Thus, the company acquires a clear overview of the market and its positioning in it.
