About the company
“Viplast” AD is rapidly growing company engaged in the production of polyethene terephthalate (PET) film and the recycling of PET packaging and film. The company’s films are widely used in both the food and non-food industries, including cosmetics, electronics, children’s toys, plates, folding boxes, catering packaging, and more.
The Need for a New System
Before adopting Soft1 ERP, Viplast primarily used Excel spreadsheets. When the company commissioned new production facilities and expanded, the volume of work and sales, as well as the entire business, increased.
Before implementing the new ERP system, the company also used other business management software. However, it did not meet Viplast’s business needs; the company only used it for invoicing.
Prior to implementing ERP solution, Viplast’s accounting department in Sofia used a different system from the one used by the company’s branch in Plovdiv.
