Brief Summary
Balkan Services implemented integrated ERP and WMS solutions to manage core processes at GoodMills Bulgaria.
The ERP software covers sales, financial accounting, and production activities, including specialised functionality for production management, inventory control, and automated reporting.
Additionally, a WMS solution (SmartWMS) has been implemented. The WMS software allows a GS1-compliant logistics label to be printed for each pallet, containing the batch number, expiration date, and SSCC, which are critical for product quality control.
Balkan Services provides comprehensive IT support, ensuring an efficient, connected, and reliable IT infrastructure for business management.
