Balkan Services became a Certified Microsoft Partner with CRM competence

Balkan Services became an official Certified Microsoft partner, with competence in the field of CRM (Customers Relationships Management) projects. The partnership status is from the beginning of the month which makes Balkan Services one of the first Bulgarian companies that won the title ‘Certified Microsoft Partner with CRM competence’. This is possible after this year’s new policy of Microsoft to divide its partners according to their field of competence – operating systems, ERP, CRM and others. The company has eight Microsoft certificates and four completed projects in the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, some with over a hundred users. The partnership with Microsoft is part of the long-term policy of the company to offer its customers reliable and proven solutions such as ERP system Atlantis, Business Intelligence software QlikView, CRM solution Microsoft Dynamics, as well as specific applications for mobile environment.
