<p>Hippoland AD is a Bulgarian chain of hypermarkets for goods for children and babies, established in 2005. Today it is the largest chain of children&#8217;s hypermarkets in the country, with 24 stores in the country, as it is likely for that number to increase. Its mission is to give parents the widest choice of high-quality goods for their children. Hippoland offers everything necessary for raising children from birth to 10-12 years of age. The chain works with over 150 companies, established manufacturers of Bulgarian and imported children&#8217;s goods.</p>

<p>The project includes integration of the Atlantis ERP system with the Detelina POS system used so far and with the Omex POS system, as well as integration of the Qlik business intelligence solution. Atlantis ERP serves all main business processes in Hippoland: financial management, retail sales management, fixed assets management, providing services. Atlantis ERP provides communication between all structural units of the company, eliminates errors, reduces costs, standardizes and accelerates business processes. Atlantis is centralized with a single database that is constantly synchronized with the POS terminals in the Hippoland stores.</p>

<p>The Business Intelligence project implemented with the Qlik technology provides quick and easy access of the management to a large volume of data. The system extracts data from various sources and provides a systematic analysis of the company’s overall activity by various indicators. Multiple statements as per the client&#8217;s sample are offered as well as opportunities for a dynamic change of these statements using filters, changing predefined dimensions, adding new ones, pivoting, exporting in different formats, etc. The analyzes are expressed in terms of various key indicators, such as: margin and profit, MTD (Month to Day), YTD (Year to Day) comparisons, comparison of the current performance with similar historical period, performance comparisons against set goals, hourly sales analysis, as well as promotion analysis, etc. The solution also allows the usage of historical sales information, accumulated in the system used so far, from receipts level, together with information on the complete product characteristics, such as groups, brands, supplier, price lists, etc.</p>

<p>Fibran Bulgaria started its engineering and trade activities with a full range of building insulation and systems. One of the major goals has been to introduce and supply the Bulgarian market with a new product &#8211; FIBRAN xps – extruded foam polystyrene. Besides a variety of high-quality products, the company offers professional consulting to its clients for the most appropriate decision regarding the choice of suitable material and its application methods. Today, the first Bulgarian factory for thermal insulating boards from extruded foam polystyrene is already a fact. Production capacity of the unit is 150 000 m3 annually, while the output has the FIBRAN Eco trademark, now recognized on the market, and is is designated both for Bulgarian market and export. In the early 2005 a highly advanced logistic center was opened.</p>

<p>STAMH LTD is part of an international chain of STAMH Group companies operating in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Russia, Italy, the Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Serbia and Croatia. The company was established in 1998 and specializes in the creation of innovative warehouse storage solutions. STAMH LTD provides all services in the process of manufacturing warehouse systems: design, assembly, delivery, service and complete engineering.</p>
<p>The company has over 1,800 projects in Bulgaria, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Austria, Italy, Poland, Belgium and Hungary.</p>

<p>The cloud solution for complete business management &#8211; NetSuite, is implemented. The CRM module of the system covers the entire business process of the company – “Lead to order”, which involves commercial and engineering teams and is characterized by passing through many stages. The ERP module of the software covers the entire “Order to Cash” process of the company.</p>
<p>The system is localized for Bulgaria and is fully compliant with the legal requirements and accounting standards in the country.</p>
<p>The following functionalities for managing the specific processes in the company are built and implemented:</p>

<li>Received inquiries, lead sources, customer type &#8211; existing or potential;</li>
<li>Preparing offers with technical specifications;</li>
<li>Generating reports that give a detailed look at each stage of the sales process, reasons for refusal, versions of offers, etc.;</li>

<li>Management of the logistics process &#8211; merging of orders by suppliers, organizing and tracking of transport at the level of orders, items and means of transport, storage and preservation of materials on site at the company&#8217;s warehouses (distribution according to a predetermined criterion), sending the materials to the customer;</li>
<li>Organizing and tracking the assembly process;</li>
<li>Preservation of the complete information for present or potential clients and projects &#8211; specifics, field of activity, contacts, drawings, documents, payments, deadlines, responsible persons, etc.;</li>
<li>Full coverage of accounting and financial processes, forecasting, comparison of real and estimated values.</li>

<p>Established in 1996, Sport Vision is a company specialising in trade in sports goods – shoes, apparel and equipment, which operates in 9 countries – Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania.</p>
<p>The company is a representative of brands such as Champion, Ellesse, Umbro, New Balance, North Face, Nike, adidas, Reebok and Under Armour, whose goods are distributed both through a wide outlet network and online.</p>
<p>Currently, the company has more than 4,000 employees.</p>
<h2 class="heading">ERP Project description</h2>

<p>Atlantis ERP was implemented in Sport Vision. The system was integrated and set up for operation in full compliance with Bulgarian law and accounting standards.</p>
<p>Atlantis ERP covers and automates all key business processes within the company – accounting, the overall sales process including e-commerce, reporting to the parent company and regular reports. The ERP platform implemented in Sport Vision is also used as a POS system by the employees.</p>
<p>For the purposes of the project, Atlantis ERP, the company’s WMS system and the online store were integrated.</p>
<p>In the course of the project, Balkan Services provided monthly system support.</p>

The solution is based on various types of Dashboards that graphically represent the many different indicators, monitored by company employees. Both in graphical and tabular BI data representations, users have the option of choosing time scenarios, tracking in detail each case and even specify the dimensions to be included in their analysis.</p>
